Fire Scenes in the Inland Empire (highlights)

Lean, Clean and Green.  Maintaining a green 30 foot
distance is very important to the survivability of your home.

Reducing the fuel load along the house is important. If there had been fuels other than grass along this house it would have burned. Damage seen was caused from heat of a outbuilding that burned 30 feet away.

Maintaining non-flamable materials around and under decks saves homes.  Note the fire burned right up to the steps and deck.

Are flammable materials cleared from around your fuel tanks?
